My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The rooms, while modern and boasting nice bathrooms, didn't initially meet my expectations as I was given a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. Nevertheless, the special touch of roses and sparkling wine made up for it.

The service was excellent; the staff were professional, well-groomed, extremely friendly, and very attentive. They even went out of their way to arrange a wheelchair for my daughter who was struggling on crutches after a recent foot injury.

The location was lovely, especially for guests interested in the casino and looking for a place near many restaurants. However, the insufficient number of chairs was a drawback.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Casino Center with plenty of dining options, but the rooms could use some updating. The rooms are well equipped and clean, with comfortable beds. The service is attentive and friendly, coming to our aid whenever needed. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering a variety of options. Overall, a decent choice for a stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well appointed and clean, but unfortunately, my reservation was not reserved as I had requested. Despite this, the amenities were excellent, and the location was very convenient, close to many options for food, bars, gambling, theater, and movies.
